The Kickstart Scheme is a new programme launched by the Department for Work and Pensions to support young people gain valuable experience and become more employable.
It offers 16-24 year olds currently on Universal Credit and at risk of long term unemployment a six months paid job placement for 25 hours a week, and a salary at the National Minimum Wage or higher (age dependent).
Following Government requirements, we have designed our programme to employ and build young people’s work experience and leave them with practical digital skills for future job opportunities or entrepreneurship.
