What data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we process and why

Contact form and emails. When you write to us, we process your name, email, phone number (if you give it to us), the service you're interested in and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.

Clients. If you hire our services, we process the data needed to do the work, invoice it and meet our tax obligations.

Visitor statistics. Only if you accept them in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. More details in the cookie policy.

We don't use your data to send you advertising and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you send the form or accept analytics cookies.
  • Taking the pre-contractual steps you ask for (a quote) and performing the contract, if we work together.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are kept for a maximum of one year. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes).

Who else has access to your data

We don't sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law. To run the website we use these providers, who only process data on our instructions:

  • Vercel (website hosting).
  • Resend (sending contact form messages).
  • Google (email and, if you accept it, Google Analytics).

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. In that case, they do so with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent. Email us at info@wpsfixer.com saying which right you want to exercise.

If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
